Basic Skills - Current Activities	We see potential volunteers who are referred to us by local agencies (Job Centres, Connexions, ENABLE, CMHT, etc) who have mental health issues, have learning difficulties, physical disabilities, low confidence and basic skills needs. We support these potential volunteers into volunteering and help them get started, and work with the agency to enable this to happen. Often we will refer people to agencies for help and support or to basic skills providers.
Basic Skills - Interests	We have trained staff who undertake this role, who are very experienced in doing this work. The resources we need to attract are in terms of funding.
Employers - Current Activities	Staff access outside and in-house training.
Employers - Interests	We have a budget for training for staff and access quite a lot for next to no cost.
Training Provider - Current Activities	We provide training to voluntary and community groups on a whole range of issues.
