Volunteers 'earn' course credits. | Employers - Interests | Volunteers are welcome to apply - send CV to project@greenwoodtrust.org.uk stating whether your interest is in site work or admin work. | Training Provider - Current Activities | Groups attend tutored sessions in the cruck barn to learn basic woodwork skills (currently community group and adult learning group) | Training Provider - Interests | Many learning activities can be arranged using our tutors and the site buildings, which are well equipped for green wood working. Greenwood Trust would welcome more groups for learning sessions at the site. | Community Buildings - Current Activities | The Woodland Hall can hold up to a maximum of 100 people and is a perfect place for meetings, concerts and events for around 25-70 people. Refreshments can be bought in, teas and coffee can be provided and seating for up to 50 is available. The Woodland Hall is a green pole building, decorated with all-natural products and provides a calming and relaxing venue with a very special atmosphere. | Community Buildings - Interests | The venue is for hire by community groups, individuals or businesses. Please phone 01952 432769 for rates. | Specialist Expertise On Issues That Can Affect Learners - Current Activities | Greenwood Trust can offer access to rangeof craft tutors and activities suitable for every level of skill or disability, working with basket willow, green wood such as hazel for hurdle making, or green oak for timber frame construction and restoration. |
